Delivery Claims
You agree and acknowledge that any claims regarding order delivery, including non-receipt, damaged package, or delivery discrepancies, must be reported to the CleanServe customer support team within 7 days from the delivery date shown in the courier tracking system.
Failure to notify us within this period may be considered as a successful delivery.
CleanServe shall not be responsible for delivery-related claims reported after 7 days from the recorded delivery date.
